Please complete the Application Form below. Fees include tuition (20 lessons: 15 hours), textbooks, stationery, school residential accommodation and all meals, bedding, towels and laundry, activities, excursions with entrance fees, full responsibility for the student while on the course, Saturday Heathrow transfers as per the Terms and Conditions and comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance commences on receipt of deposit.

I consent to the school making use of this data for the care of my child in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act (2018) and I give permission for Heathfield School to contact me. I consider that she is physically and psychologically fit to undertake all the activities on the course and give permission for her to participate in them.
