Social Programme
and Weekends

Having lots of fun

Building great friendships

After a busy day of EFL lessons, Project sessions and Academies, our late afternoon and evening social programme and our weekend programme, provide the opportunity to wind down and get involved in lots of different fun group activities.

No matter which weeks you are attending, we keep you entertained! Whether it’s a whole school event like our House Team Games, Talent shows, Formal Dinner, Discos and Campfires or our senior and junior events like Quizzes, Scavenger Hunts and Escape Room Challenges; all that we do is designed be inclusive and fun and provides a continued opportunity to socialize, make friends and feel happy in one big Heathfield Bubble!

Our UK Boarding Summer Campers join in with the festivities and events, providing a continued opportunity to meet and make friends with girls from the UK.

Creating special moments is our forte. Each summer, we introduce something new as well as keeping old firm favourites. Not only do the girls feel special, but our staff do to, which is probably why we have such a large cohort of returning staff each year.  We are not just a summer school, we are a community, and we invite you to be part of it.

Weekends

Saturday

On the very first Saturday our staff hold a range of activities and getting to know you games, known as ‘Ice breakers’. Every effort is made to make all our new girls feel welcome and included and our ice breakers help everyone settle in!

Saturdays provide ample opportunities to try new and exciting activities and we hold House Team Events to keep the competitive spirits high!

Sundays

After a slightly later breakfast, Sunday’s are dedicated to lots of activities, games and social events. It’s also a chance to meet our UK summer Campers who arrive in the late afternoon. We often hold extra ice breakers and house team events on Sunday evenings to help the girls settle in
